Carts need to be out before 7am on Thursday.
Carts need to be 4 feet away from any object or other carts. Cars can not be parked in front of carts.

All wastes must fit inside container with the lid closed (any boards, broom sticks, etc. cannot be sticking out from cart).
Drivers will not be picking up extra bags of trash on ground next or on top of carts.
Bulk item (curbside) pick up
Bulk pick up November 22, 2024.
Starting in December the Bulk pick up will be the 3rd Friday of every month. If weather permits or if that day does not fall on a holiday!
Call Outer City Limits Sanitation @ 580-465-6513 by 3 pm the day before to schedule.
This is for bulky items only.
No construction materials, loose items, toxins, items containing freon or tires.
Make sure your bulk items are not placed around a tree or anything that may obstruct the use of a grapple hook to pick up the items.
